Sectional Models

As with our single section homes, our sectional homes offer many different floor plans, or you may design your own unique plan, either way the end product remains unchanged with uncompromising quality.

Our main focus is to supply you with a comfortable, affordable home, built inside a controlled atmosphere by highly qualified personnel.

Unlike our single section homes which arrive at your lot finished, our sectional homes allow you the option of finishing some of the work yourself. The home will arrive at your lot 90% complete.

All materials, including floor coverings and light fixtures are supplied and need only to be installed. Before purchase of your new home we will supply in writing a list of onsite work to be completed. South Shore Homes will provide an estimate to complete the on site work giving you a turnkey option, a solution which may appeal to your needs. Depending on location, some conditions may apply to this option.

A wide range of foundation options are also available for your new sectional home, ranging from full basements, to crawl spaces with insulated floors, or surface foundations on grade.
