After viewing our model homes we will offer you a free, no obligation visit to your building site to discuss your housing needs. At that time we will also discuss onsite work associated with the setup of your new home. Our discussions will include cost and responsibilities of both parties. When you do decide to purchase as with any reputable company, a deposit is not required until after a site visit and a detailed site work responsibility agreement is
fully understood.
