Expando Models

The Expando is the most versatile model we offer.  It is transported in a single section giving you significant savings on transportation costs.

Once onsite, the Expando can quickly and efficiently be converted into living space. And additional space can be added to an already large dining area or to the master bedroom.

The Expando could also allow for basement stairs without losing valuable living space or can be customized into a mud room area.

The Villa and the Diamontore are two of our largest single section homes.

two walkout bay windows (Villa model only)

Other standard features include raised living room, large whirlpool tub in a spacious, luxurious bathroom, skylight, kitchen lunch counter and more.

we will not compromise quality and workmanship in order to offer a lower
